My 10lb Morkie loves this toy! It has a felt-type covering that they use on small blankets and she has not punctured it yet. The charger allows me to charge it when it stops - the charger turns red when everything is plugged in correctly. The off button is the upward position and all of this is inside in a zippered compartment that is well sewn.
